Why did the colonists call the acts intolerable

Answers

Answer 1
Answer: Because they thought the proclamations and things the king was making were ridiculous or intolerable. So since they were making a act about what the king did they didn't like it would make sense to call the act the Intolerable acts because thy could tolerate the king anymore.

One morning you see an outdoor garbage can tipped over. Plastic bags are torn open. What could you infer?

Answers

Animals probably tore the bags open because they were searching for food
My inference would be that an animal had been through the garbage, I'd guess it's most likely a raccoon from the torn bags. I would also infer the animal most likely went through the bags from the night before, since raccoons are primarily nocturnal, and if it did happen the day before I would've noticed it beforehand.
