Answer 1
Answer:

In the story Cesca's rewards, Cesca father loves his daughter very much. In paragraph 6 it states Such a good girl should have a ride this fine day.

What is the story of Cesca's reward?

When 'Cesca was a baby, her father owned a run-down gondola that he used to transport people to and from the fish market. But he was never a fan of that. He had always wanted to acquire a gorgeous black gondola with brass rails and black velvet couches so he could transport passengers up and down the Grand Canal.

Fortunately, he did more than just fantasize. He worked hard and saved his money, so that by the time 'Cesca was old enough to help with the tiny house, he had earned enough money to buy the new gondola.

Cesca's father adored his daughter.  He enjoys praising Cesca and seeing her smile. Cesca's father admires her work as well.

Therefore, Cesca's father loves her daughter and is proud of her.
