The three main branches of the government are the legislative, executive, and judicial. The Executive branch includes the President and about 5,000 other people. The Legislative branch includes the Senate and The House of Representatives. And the Judicial branch includes the Supreme Court and other little courts. The Executive branch is picked out by the President. The only people with any real power are The Congress, the President, and the Federal Courts.
