What is sentence?

A sentence is a group of words that expresses a complete thought or idea. It typically contains a subject (who or what the sentence is about) and a predicate (what the subject is doing or what is being said about the subject). A well-formed sentence follows grammatical rules and can stand alone as a coherent statement.

The connective "Finally" best completes the sentence, indicating the sequence of events. The sentence would read: "She left the party early. Afterwards, she went to a movie. Finally, she went home."

Thus, the correct answer is: B. Finally

In Franz Kafka’s The Metamorphosis, why does the protagonist dislike his job?

Answers

Gregor, the protagonist of Kafka's The Metamorphosis, has various reasons to hate his job. He believes that the job is not suitable for him - it is too far away from his home, so he has to travel a lot; there are always new employees, so he has to meet new people every now and then (and he's not a sociable person); the meals are unsatisfactory; he doesn't feel any fulfillment from his job. The only reason why he keeps working there is because he owes his boss some money, so until he pays him off, he has to work for him.

Gregor hates his job for numerous reasons: he dislikes traveling every day to work, he dislikes the job itself, the inferior meals, the ever changing faces... But he has to continue working because his parents owe Gregor's boss money.

Give me in one eight sentence paragraph why college isnt for everybody

Answers

Colleges are not the only type of education available for people going into the working field. Many companies are open to apprenticeships like they had back in ancient medieval times. Some people can not afford the cost of college and some just plain out do not want to go. People do not have to go to college to go into the working field, but sure it is nice to be ahead of the game when you go in for your interviews. If you plan on going into a business that you own you really do not need to have a college education, but going into college courses and having a degree in business could potentially help you in the long run. Some people that go into apprenticeships do go to a trade school, but they mostly get their learning while on the job doing it physically. Even military could be a great option, and if you do not want to go to college but you want to be set for life with great benefits and support there is no better choice then to join the military. Or lets say you want to go into a career of music, you could go to a school and learn to do whatever it is you do better but in all honesty you really do not have to if you do not want to.
