What are the Carbohydrates

Refined carbohydrates are grains that have been processed to remove the bran and germ, leaving only the endosperm. This process removes important nutrients, such as fiber, iron, and B vitamins. As a result, refined carbohydrates are often high in calories and low in nutrients.

Whole grains are grains that have not been processed, so they retain all of their bran, germ, and endosperm. This means that whole grains are a good source of fiber, iron, and B vitamins.

Why do people need kidneys?

Answers

We need them so we can clean out our urinary system. when you go to the bathroom.
People need kidneys because the kidney filters the waste substance out of your blood and balances the levels of salt and water, when your body has taken the nutrients from food some of the of the waste products are sent back to your blood, so your kidney will filter continuously so that your blood will not contain the waste substances, in general your kidney is a "Filter/Cleaning Staion" for your blood, if you didn't have kidneys the waste products will build up in the blood and severely damage your body, the other functions that your kidney does is balance volume of fluids and minerals in your body. The substances that have been filtered form your kidney are mixed with water and are transformed into urine ( Pee ). Kidneys also produce Vitamin D and help regulate your blood pressure and the simulate the production of red bloods cells so in conclusion the importance of the kidney is very important.

What are yeast cells?

Yeast are single-celled microorganisms that belong to the Kingdom Fungi along withmushrooms. Yeasts are divided into two distinct phyla, Ascomycota or sac fungi, and Basidiomycota or higher fungi, which together.

Yeasts, also known as budding yeast, belong to the phylum Ascomycota and the order Saccharomycetales. These divisions are based on cellular physiology as well as characteristics of the cell, ascospore, and colony.

Although yeast are single-celled organisms, their cellular structure is comparable to that of higher organisms, such as humans. More specifically, a nucleus houses their genetic material.
