using a picture picture show how six people could share four sandwiches. then write an equation and solve. please explain

Answers

Answer 1
Answer:

An equation (total of part get by each people)/(number of parts in each sandwich) and the result is  (2)/(3)

Further explanation

A sandwich is a food that consist of vegetables, sliced cheese or meat, placed on or between slices of bread, or any dish wherein two or more pieces of bread serve as a container or wrapper for another food type. Some people think that a sandwich on square bread should be cut diagonally, so the sandwich halves are two triangles. Other people prefer to cut the sandwich straight down the middle to make two rectangles

By using a picture picture show how six people could share four sandwiches. then write an equation and solve.

We can draw the sandwiches showed in the shape of square, and then make 6 divides to each sandwich so we can share it to six people precisely.

According to the picture, each people get one part of every sandwich, then there are 4 whole sandwiches where each sandwiche have 6 parts. So,

(total of part get by each people)/(number of parts in each sandwich)

= (4)/(6) = (2)/(3)

Keywords: sandwiches, equation,  picture,  equation, people

Answer 2
Answer: Ok so split each of the 4 sandwiches into 3 parts. That means 4*3 because each sandwich is now made up of three pieces.

So that means there are 12 pieces in total.

Then you can give each person 2 pieces. So everyone is happy cause everyone gets 2 pieces of sandwich.  Because there are 6 people.

Now um pictures... right.

According to the pedometer i move 27 5/8 inches when i walk How many feet i will travel in 96 steps?

Answers

I am assuming that is how far you move per step? So, what I did was first multiply 27 5/8 by your 96 steps ( I also converted 5/8 into a decimal so it would be easier so it's 27.625) 27.625*96= 2,652. I divided that by 12 so I could turn that into feet instead of inches; 221 feet.

How do you calculate interest?

Answers

Well let’s say you put $100 in the bank. And they charge 10% interest. And 10% of $100 is 10. So it would be $10 interest.
use the simple interest calculator to find A, the final investment value, using the simple interest formula. A=P(1+rt) where P is the principal amount of money to be invested at an interest rate r% per period for t number of time periods. Where R is in decimal form; R=R/100; r and t are in the same units of time.

Why the commutative and associative properties don't hold true for subtraction and division

Answers

The commutative and associative properties do not apply to both subtraction and division because once you move around your variables, you will produce different results, whereas in addition and multiplication, any change in position of numbers won't affect the result. The identity properties apply to them because once you add, subtract, multiply, or divide a certain number from any other number, you produce the same result, or, in other words, keep the number's "identity".

2) 2/10 is the probability of picking red. 5/9 is the chance of picking green the second time because one marble has been taken out. Multiply the probabilities together and should get the answer 1/9

3) I think B, C, D but C ,might not be right
the probability is 1/10 and the third question would be b. c. and d.
