Write an essay of why gum should be allowed in school?

Answers

There are many issues that face schools, but one of the main issues is gum. Either way that you look at the problem, their will be both good and bad issues, but the more you look; you can tell that the good issues outweigh the bad. The administrators at most schools only look at the bad parts about gum, and not enough of the good. One problem that occurs when students chew gum is that it ends up under the desk; however, because students have to hide the gum they are chewing, there is no other place to put it. This problem can easily be resolved by letting the students have gum. If people do not have to hide gum, they will not, which would mean that students will put it in the trash. Many administrators say that we do not respect the privilege. If we do not respect the privilege, then they can take gum away, but if there is no problem, why shouldn’t we be able to chew gum? Another great benefit to chewing gum is that the class will be quieter. When you were little you parents always told you never to talk with food in your mouth, and that same concept applies to this dilemma as well. Student’s grade point average will rise because instead of talking to peers, students will be more concentrated on the material being taught. Also, the teacher will be able to get through more material at a faster pace because they will not have to keep telling the students to be quiet.

I need help with writing a few paragraphs about Halloween. Generosity, rebuke, morose, dignitary, recycle, and accessory. Those are the words that should be in a story about Halloween. The story should contain introduction and conclusion. Please help me. Thank you.

Answers

In the story, you could use 'generosity' perhaps in a sentence like "My neighbors showed extreme generosity to me because they gave me lots of candy" or something to that effect. 'Rebuke' means to show sharp disapproval at someone for their actions, so you can be like "I rebuked a little kid who was trick-or-treating because they were running around screaming at the top of their lungs" or something to that effect. 'Morose' means like gloomy or miserable. You can be like, "A kid was morose because he did not receive that much candy" or something. 'Dignitary' means a person considered to be important because of high rank. I'm not sure, actually, how you could use this in a story about Halloween. But for recycle, you can be like "We ended up recycling the bag that I used to trick or treat out of" or something to that effect, and for accessory you could say "A witch's hat is considered an accessory used for a witch costume" or something to that effect.

For the intro, you can start by introducing the fact that it was Halloween, and if you like Halloween or not, etc. to then set the stage for the details of your story. For the conclusion, you can be like "This Halloween was ____" and then explain your reasons why.
