Answer: Homestasis is maintaining internal body temperature. Three processes would be during winter when it gets really cold and we wear gloves, hate, costs, and scarves which makes it easier for homestasis. Hibernation is another example when animals rest after storing up food internally to last them during the cold winters. One last example would be sweating which is a natural process that happens in our body which is a form of homestasis.
