Write your question here (Keep it simple and clear to get the best answer) explain the importance of the media in democratic country such as south Africa. mention the bill and explain what freedoms it provides in relations to the media and distinguish between electronic and print media

Answers

Answer 1
Answer: I don't know which bill this is, but I am guessing you mean Article 16, which describes freedom of press.

In South Africa, as any democratic country, democracy (the power is in people's hands) is dependent on the people having right  information - and this is the role of the media.

For this the media needs the power of freedom of speech, and this is what Article 16 provides, both for electronic and for print media.

A man named Alexander Graham Bell received a patent for his telephone invention in 1876. Today, many Americans carry a cell phone around with them. Define patent law and describe how patents encourage competition unblocked brainy.

Answers

The patent law was created in order to protect intellectual properties that a person made.  (It could be arts, scientific inventions, or even tangible designs)

If another person who do not held the patent try to produce the intellectual properties, that person will be tried in court and most likely be forced to compensate the patent holder.

Because of this,  smart inventors who are able to produce useful things but do not have enough capital to compete in the market can be encouraged to join the competition.

Both considered the Soviet Union a threat to freedom.  Still Roosevelt was willing to work with Stalin.  Stalin in turn supported the establishment of the United Nations.  In Truman’s case, he saw a need to increase the role of the United States in policing the world from the threat posed by Communism.

What is bohemianism?

Answers

Bohemianism is an unconventional way of life that people choose to partake in. It is seen as a 'free' type of lifestyle.

Bohemians are often perceived as adventurers, gypsies, wanderers or vagabonds. They can almost be referred to as outsiders, not trying to fit in to norms of society around them.

They are very involved in art, music and literature - they pursue this very freely and often more often than not with people of similar orientation and lifestyle.
