Crop Lien system was credit system. It became widespread among the cotton farmers in the southern regions of US. In the system the sharecroppers and tenant farmers who didn't possess land obtained supplies on credit from the local merchants, the merchants and the landowner used to get money from cotton sale and then what ever was left went to the farmer. The system ended in 1940's when the poor farmers moved to urban areas. this credit system developed during the American Civil war as the southern farmers had little cash and it was a way to get credit before the planting season. Due to the credit merchants were able to dictate the crops that farmer grew. The system was also  used by landowners, tenant farmers and sharecroppers.

Answer:

4all of the above are factors involved in judicial decision-making

Explanation:

The judge is the person who resolves a dispute or decides the fate of an accused, taking into account the evidence or evidence presented in a trial, administering justice. It is appropriate to distinguish the judge from the court, which is not legally a human being, but a judicial body composed of natural persons, who can rotate without violating this guarantee.

They are usually considered employees or public officials, although this will depend on the country in particular, are remunerated by the State (without prejudice to the figure of arbitrators and judges of peace), and integrate the so-called Judiciary. In general, they are characterized by their autonomy, independence and irremovability, without being able to be dismissed from their positions except for the causes established constitutionally or legally. They are also responsible for their ministerial, civil and criminal acts.

Answers

The correct answer is "Enclosure Acts".

The Deserted Village is a poem written by Oliver Goldsmith in 1770. It is a poem that makes reference to events that were affecting society in his native country of Ireland at the time.

The poem is critical of rural depopulation, which was a result of the Enclosure Acts made by the British Parliament which created legal property rights to land that was once held in common by communities of farmers. This policy favored the rapid increase in wealth of the people who owned the land, creating a gap in wealth in comparison to the majority of the citizens.

Answer:

The Kellogg-Briand Pact of the late 1920s was an international agreement signed by 62 nations that banned war as a means of dealing with disputes between nations.

Explanation:

The Kellogg-Briand Pact banned warfare as a political tool. The treaty was signed by a total of 65 states on August 27, 1928, and was named after the then U.S. and French foreign ministers Frank Kellogg and Aristide Briand.

Briand’s original plan was to conclude a bilateral agreement between the United States and France, but at Kellogg’s suggestion, the document was made more comprehensive. However, the peaceful purpose of the agreement was greatly undermined by the fact that it did not specify any penalty for breach of the agreement.

The Kellogg–Briand Pact (or Pact of Paris, officially General Treaty for Renunciation of War as an Instrument of National Policy is a 1928 international agreement in which signatory states promised not to use war to resolve "disputes or conflicts of whatever nature or of whatever origin they may be, which may arise among them".
