SIIS SULT1. You have just read a poignant blog post. Will you still be thinking about it

tomorrow, or will you forget it immediately? Explain.

Answers

Answer 1
Answer:

Answer: I will be thinking about it

Explanation:

It depends on a person but if the post is so poignant and touching it surely will affect me and I will be thinking about that tomorrow.

There are many poignant blog posts on the internet now and many of them are not true. If I see that the post isn't true I will not think about that later because I won't feel sad because that type of story is not impressive to me. If the story is getting true feelings out of it I will surely think about it more.

Close the window quickly! is the word Close transitive or intransitive?

Answers

It's transitive!

Transitive verbs can take objects, and here "window" is an object.

Other examples of transitive verbs are "read", as in " read the book".

Intransitive verbs cant take objects, for example: sleep, dream, sit. : you can't say "sleep something" quickly.!
The word "close" is a transitive verb because it has a direct object, which is window.
Hope this is helpful~

I have to do a science project for my science fair and I don't really know what to do, I don't have a really good question. I have to do an experiment based on the subject i do. Anyone have any suggestions?

Anything current issue related. Environmental projects tend to do well especially when conducting experiments as you can use the resources all around you. The effects of carbon dioxide on a small plant, or something like a closed-jar terrarium. These can be very good starting points as there are many variables and talking points.

40 points. Read this excerpt from Thomas Paine's essay "Common Sense":Mankind being originally equals in the order of creation, the equality could only be destroyed by some subsequent circumstance; the
distinctions of rich, and poor, may in a great measure be accounted for, and that without having recourse to the harsh, ill-sounding
names of oppression and avarice? Oppression is often the CONSEQUENCE, but seldom or never the MEANS3 of riches; and though
avarice will preserve a man from being necessitously poor, it generally makes him too timorous to be wealthy.
But there is another and greater distinction, for which no truly natural or religious reason can be assigned, and that is, the distinction of
men into KINGS and SUBJECTS. Male and female are the distinctions of nature, good and bad the distinctions of heaven; but how a race
of men came into the world so exalted above the rest, and distinguished like some new species, is worth inquiring into, and whether they
are the means of happiness or of misery to mankind.
1. recourse source of help
2. avarice greed
3. means method for accomplishing or obtaining something
4. timorous fearful
What argument is Thomas Paine trying to make in this excerpt?
OA. The differences between the kings and the subjects are not natural or necessary.
OB. There will always be a need to separate kings and their subjects.
OC. The equality originally enjoyed by people has been damaged by natural disasters.
OD. Not all people who belonged to the upper levels of society are cruel.

Novels have simple, straightforward themes (and few of them).

The correct answer is the third option: Novels are filled with great and specific detail.

Novels are simply books that are long works of fiction. They have multiple characters, whose experiences are usually narrated using first-person or third-person point of view. A novel contains experiences and conflicts that the characters in it go through, and the resolution of these conflicts. Famous novels include: the books in the Harry Potter series, To Kill A Mockingbird, the Lord of The Rings, etc.
