EXPOSITION

Explanation:

maria reread all of her letters from frank, who had _______ to her every week since he had gone to afghanistan.

Answers

Answer:

Written

Explanation:

It has to be past tense in order to keep the tone of the sentence it is also the only way that works. Though “wrote” is also past tens it does not work with the tone or structure of the sentence

Final answer:

The sentence needs to be completed using the past participle form 'written'. The sentence should read: 'Maria reread all of her letters from Frank, who had written to her every week since he had gone to Afghanistan.'

Explanation:

The subject of the sentence, Maria, reread all her letters from Frank. Here, a past participle would be the correct choice to complete the sentence in reference to something Frank did repeatedly. The missing phrase would be "written" because Frank wrote to Maria every week since he had gone to Afghanistan. So the sentence should be: Maria reread all of her letters from Frank, who had written to her every week since he had gone to Afghanistan.

Which is an example of the effect that characters' culture has on the story?a. Gandalf sometimes helps others get out of trouble.
b. Bilbo discovers character traits in himself that he never knew he had.
c. Bilbo and Thorin become friends when Thorin is dying.
d. The dwarves' quest is to recover the hoard.

Answers

There are two possible answers.
The first one is B - because Hobbits have this culture or habit of not actually knowing themselves, thinking that they hate adventures and love staying in the same place for the rest of their lives. As it turns out, Bilbo loves adventures - but he wasn't aware of it, and actually tried to convince himself that he doesn't because he was raised to think that way.
D is also a possibility - because dwarves care about their gold and when they lost it, they had to get it back. The dwarves are known for being rich and keeping a lot of gold in their mines.

Some people say teenagers shouldn't be treated as adults because they think teens are not mature enough to control themselves. However I believe that teens should be treated as adults because they are already responsible for their actions and know what's good or bad, another reason is if they do something bad they'll know the consequences and they know will be treated as adults not kids, another reason is they learn from their mistakes. ( is my thesis good pleaseeeeeeee?)

Answers

your thesis is great, but you should also mention that if they don't start taking responsibilities at this age, then they will not be a skilled adult and they may learn faster this way before they turn 18, other than that, this was a great thsis. I hate it when people say that teens cant be treated like adults.
I think your thesis is good. Teenagers should be treated like adult also because soon fhey will be. Its better to be trained now on how to be an adult then be confused during your adulthood
