During the slave trade europeans saw african slaves as cargo traded for profit, not people. In result slaves were stuffed and piled in uninhabitable spaces below deck where they deficated and slept in the same place. Food and water were scarce, death and disease were high.

The European powers saw Africa as a source of raw materials, slave labor, and a market for their manufactured goods.The Europeans exploited and colonized the Africans, taking over their lands and resources. The Europeans also forced the Africans into slavery and transported them across the Atlantic to the Americas. The slave trade involved the kidnapping of Africans, forced labor, and cruel treatment, which led to the loss of millions of lives.In addition, the Europeans imposed their culture, language, and religion on the Africans, leading to the loss of their traditions and way of life. The Africans were also denied access to education, healthcare, and political power, which perpetuated their oppression and poverty. Therefore, it is clear that the Europeans did not treat the Africans fairly and their actions had long-lasting negative consequences.

This image does not show any peace.

A king dies and the king that succeeds is covered in blood and cannot see well. This king "in red" probably got the throne through evil means. The "blood" in his crown does not look as it were from battles because the "blooded" crown covers his face. The fact that the crown is broken on his face makes him look ambitious.

from the first image, you can predict that macbeth will be manipulated as his head is portrayed as hollow and sharp, which could symbolise his internal conflict.

in the second image, macbeth appears suffocated and trapped within himself. his face is hidden, which could predict that his identity is lost. he is presented as powerless as there is a sense of entrapment in the image. this could predict that in the play, he loses his power.
