I have a 5 paragraph essay due tommorow, what should i write about? I have absolutely no motivation to write about really anything, this wont make any difference in the future, i cant put "i wrote a 5 paragraph essay once" on my resume.

There are many things you can talk about for your persuasive essay.

Personally, I like to discuss events that are relevant in our lives. For example, take this pandemic. You could talk about whether or not you think your school/community has been handling classes and assignments during this difficult time well. Or, you could talk about why people should combat climate change (given that so few efforts have been made), the impact (positive or negative) of social media and the Internet, handwriting vs. typing, etc. (I don't know; just throwing some ideas out there)

Or, you could talk about the most trivial topics. For instance, perhaps you could write about why dogs are better pets than cats (or vice versa) or that video games can actually be educational and not all that harmful like many people think.
