Can someone help me with this question? True or False? Woodrow Wilson’s fourteen points were wifey accepted by other countries?

Answers

Answer 1
Answer:

Answer: True

Explanation:

President Wilson's Fourteen Points had asserted the principle of "self-determination." In this spirit, W. E. B. Du Bois organized a pan-African Congress in Paris that put forward the idea of a self-governing nation to be carved out of Germany's African colonies. Koreans, Indians, Irish, and others also pressed claims for self-determination.

Place the stages of teamwork in the correct order and describe what occurs in each.

Answers

The stags of teamwork occur in the following order:

  • Forming: To remember this point, think of forming as derived from the formation of a thing. In this case, the formation of the team. So when a team is newly formed, they are introduced to each other, assigned their various duties, and the system of relationships between each person and or group of persons is defined.

  • Storming: A number of things occur at this stage that creates tension:
  1. Team members seek to distinguish themselves by presenting ideas,
  2. those with the best ideas gain trust, and
  3. sometimes sparring psychologically may occur. At this stage, it is expected that conflicts may arise.

To remember this stage, think of the tension created as a kind of storm.

  • Norming: At this stage, things begin to settle into a more regular pattern of "normalcy".

The common objective and shared responsibilities of each person are now clearer. Furthermore, each person now knows how to interact effectively with the other. At this stage, it is assumed that each team player has learned the behavior of the other(s) enough to enable them to interact with little or no dissension.

  • Performing

At this stage, the team has attained a high level of functionality, working together as a system comprising of various individuals but working as an organized unit attaining and achieving common goals.

Other schools of thought have added another stage called Adjourning OR Mourning.

This stage refers to the point at the lifecycle of the team where after the attainment of the project's objective(s) the team has to disintegrate - described as adjourning.

It is called mourning because, at this stage, many of the team members have grown accustomed to each other that separation elicits a kind of psychological pain described as mourning.

The Stages of Teamwork indicated above was originally proposed by an Educational Psychologist - Bruce Tuckman in 1965.

Stage 1 is Forming. It is when the team first meet each other and introduce oneselves. They usually share about interest, background and experiences and have first impressions on each other.
Stage 2 is Storming. The team members usually compete with one another for status as well as acceptance of ideas.
Stage 3 is Norming. In this, the members are already positive about how the team is doing. They now have morale and they respect each other.
Stage 4 is Performing in which they now accept each other and are competent to handle decision making.
Stage 5 is Adjourning in which the task is already completed and termination of roles is done.

Describe how energy gets into the air and what happens to the air temperature.HELP HELP PLEASE I HAVE TO GO TO DANCE IN 30 MINS PLEASE

Answers

Answer:

Explanation:

Since air is a poor conductor, most energy transfer by conduction occurs right near Earth's surface. Conduction directly affects air temperature only a few centimeters into the atmosphere. During the day, sunlight heats the ground, which in turn heats the air directly above it via conduction.

energy travels through space or materials Invisible energy waves can travel through air, glass, and even the vacuum of outer space. These waves have electrical and magnetic properties, so they are called electromagnetic waves. The transfer of energy from one object to another through electromagnetic waves is known as radiation.
