La Constitución de Cádiz es la ley fundamental de España, aprobada el 19 de marzo de 1812 por las Cortes gaditanas reunidas durante la Guerra de los Pirineos. Esta constitución, una de las más liberales de su época, fue, de hecho, la primera constitución en España.
