Answer:

Explanation:

CHARACTERS : The characters are the people, animals or anything personified that the    story is about. Writers focus on introducing the character with enough information about their physical attributes and personality traits that the reader can visualize that character in their mind. Every story should have at least one main character. The main character is the one who determines the way the plot develops and usually resolves the problem or conflict of the story.

SETTING : The setting is the location of the story. Writers picture the scene in enough detail so that the reader can picture the scene as they read the story.

It should provide enough descriptions for the reader to engage with the story, which means providing suspense and conflict that is resolved at the end of the story.

Forming a hypothesis is accomplished through inductive reasoning. True or false?

Answers

Answer:

True.

Explanation:

Inductive reasoning is characterized as a method of reasoning in which some premises are given as evidence of the truth of a conclusion (in colloquial terms, premises are particular instances or cases that can build up towards a general conclusion). The conclusion may end up proving to be false; however, this is not known until after the premises have been worked out. In this way, it could be said that a hypothesis, that is to say, the probability of a premise being evidence of the truth of a conclusion, is based on inductive reasoning.

Which part of a story's plot occurs immediately before the climax? exposition rising action falling action resolution

Answers

The plot of a story is as follows-
Expostion~the setting of the scene and introduction of the characters
Rising Action~ (this is the answer) all the events that lead up to the climax
Climax~this is the peak of the book, one huge event (ex: someone dies, the characters win money, etc.)
Falling Action~ this includes the events that happen as a result of the climax event, it starts to wind down the story
Resolution~ this is the ending of the story (ex: a problem is solved, the guy gets the girl, etc.)

So in the plot sequence, it goes on like this > exposition, rising action, climax, falling action, and resolution. Rising action comes immediately before the climax comes.
