In my opinion, having an attractive physique is not important. As long as you are happy in life, that’s all that matters-and if exercising is it for you, then so be it. It’s your life. Harming yourself or others around you, is the only dangers I see, in trying to achieve a certain body type. However, if you’re pursuing your ideal body type in a healthy way, that’s awesome. I personally, don’t have an ideal body type for either genders, to be honest. I seen this one YouTube video where the girl starved herself because she was being bullied by girls with a smaller build than her.
