Answer: Bullying is treating someone is a sarcastic way. I mean that you are teasing the the person for no reason. It means insulting people and making them feel unsafe inside. Humans have emotions if you hurt them, it is a big problem. So we should stop all types of bullying even in the internet. (cyberbullying) We should technically bully mean and jealous people not innocent souls.
