The development of the railroads during the 1800s dramatically changed life for all in America. In which of the following ways did the railroads impact the lives of European immigrants?

Answers

European immagrants mostly the Chinese went to work on the railroads. It was a hard and dangerous job as some usually died trying to mine and for all their effort they got little pay.
The Europeans had dreams of leaving crowded cities in Europe and here in America. They wanted their own land. When the railroad opened up ways to get to the west and free land was promised, many of these people left large cities with whole communities of on nationality. The Russians had come to America to produce red wheat, a hearty wheat that could with stand the harsh winters on the plains. Other nationalities did the same. Once the railroad was in, there was a way for immigrants to move in, grow crops and have a way to transport them.

The work ethic of the Chinese was noticed by owners of the Central Pacific Railroad. Over 10,000 Chinese accepted and worked some of the most dangerous and hard jobs dealing with the construction of the Central Pacific.

The Irish had a good work ethic also and were hired by Union Pacific after the Civil War to built from the Atlantic coast outward. Many Mormons from overseas worked on the railroad so it would be vital transportation to Salt Lake City where they wanted to go live.

. why was Being a tomb builder was considered a very important job in ancient Egypt

Answers

The tomb builder's position in Egypt was very important because tombs were built for the highest persons in the land, the pharaohs, both as a monument to their greatness and to aid them in the afterlife.

The pharaohs' tombs were enclosed in massive structures, the pyramids. The most prominent example is the Great Pyramid of Giza, built for Pharaoh Khufu (2609 BC - 2584 BC). It is the only one of the Seven Wonders of the ancient world that still stands today. It is 480 feet tall, and estimates suggest that about 20,000 workers over a period of about 20 years were needed to build the Great Pyramid. So any persons at the head of a tomb building project, for any of the pyramids, was in charge of a gigantic undertaking of engineering and coordination of efforts.

The difference of patricians is, they did not have everything they needed to survive and relied on other members of the group for support, and in the early Republic, only the patricians could join the priesthood, and barely ever traded items. While the plebeians where very big traders, the plebeians did not know any of their law but still got punished from them, and It is believed that the plebeians were children of foreigners who settled in Rome in the seventh century BCE.
