After a 1954 Supreme Court decision, to what two types of institutions did the equal protection clause of the Fourteenth Amendment apply

Answers

State government and the federal government (apex)

A primary motivation for this clause was to validate the equality provisions contained in the Civil Rights Act of 1866, which guaranteed that all people would have rights equal to those of all citizens. What is astronomy?

Astronomy is a subject in which one studies everything in the universe that is beyond the earth’s atmosphere. The study of astronomy includes all those objects which we can see with our eyes without any instrument, like stars such as the sun, natural satellites like the moon, and other things which can only be seen by some instruments such as telescopes. Such objects include other planets like Saturn, other celestial bodies, and so on.

Thus, all examples that are unrelated to astronomy will be considered non-examples of astronomy. The Panipat War, English literature, and other things are thus not examples of astronomy.

Astronomy is looking at stars or planets or phenomenons in the night sky. Just going outside on a clear night and looking at the stars is basic astronomy. If you want to relly become involved, the next thing to do would be to get a book about astronomy, showing where certain stars and constellations are, and then you should get a pair of binoculars. A set of 10 x 50s are good to start with it. this is not what the person asked. an example of astronomy is like the big bang, that created the universe. pretty much anything to do with the universe, stars and planets is astronomy.
