Why were there so many political revolutions in the 17th and 18th centuries?

Answers

One of the main reasons why there were so many political revolutions in the 17th and 18th centuries is because the Enlightenment period had made people call into question the absolute authority of divinity and monarchs--making them instead interested in taking charge of their own political destiny.

Is it possible to have a completely objective opinion on an issue? Explain.

Answers

Personally, I don't think so.

Every information we have is by principle, biased. We can never have a full picture on the issue (we don't live long enough to have ALL the information and all the other people's opinions) so this means that we only know a selection of relevant information. This selection biases our perception of the issue: so in this way, I think that we are bound to be at least a little bit biased.

c. Migration during the 20th century was influenced by several factors, including war and politics, urbanization, and economic opportunities.
d. Migration in the 20th century was influenced by European imperialism

Answers

The best option from the list would be that "c. Migration during the 20th century was influenced by several factors, including war and politics, urbanization, and economic opportunities," since the 20th century was dominated by war--World War I, II, and the Cold War especially.

The correct answer is "C": Migration during the 20th century was influenced by several factors, including war and politics, urbanization, and economic opportunities.

During the 20th century, many immigrants came to the US not only for economic opportunities but also for the rapid growth of industrialization and urbanization. More than 20 million immigrants came from Central, Eastern and Southern Europe. Besides, Jews from Eastern Europe arrived in large numbers fleeing religious persecution. After the Second World War, Congress passed special legislation allowing refugees from Europe and the Soviet Union to enter the United States. The US provided immigrants with job opportunities due to the process of industrialization which also led to an increasing urbanization in the big cities.

To date, Uranus is known to have 13 rings made from which of the following?Dust
Dark particles
Moons
Stars

Answers

To date, Uranus is known to have 13 rings which are made of dust particles. Therefore, option (b) or (ii) is the Uranus description.

What are the thirteen rings of Uranus made of?

Uranus, the third-largest planet in our solar system and the seventh from the Sun, is extremely chilly and windy.

The ice giant rotates at a nearly 90-degree inclination from the plane of its orbit, encircled by 13 hazy rings and 27 tiny moons.

Ice chunks several feet in diameter make up the outermost ring. The other rings are mostly formed of frozen fragments that have been blackened by pebbles.

In comparison to the rings of other planets, these rings are narrow, thin, and black. They actually reflect approximately as much light as charcoal because they are so dark.

Therefore, these are thirteen extremely dark rings that resemble ice and dust flakes. Hence, option (b) or (ii): "dust particles," is the correct answer.

I think the answer is Dust as well. Moons and stars definitely don't seem likely and dark particles, I am not even sure what those are. But I have seen rings on other planets before. Hope this helps. :)
