How are a smoothie and a salad alike? how are they different?

Answers

In science, I would refer to a salad as heterogeneous mixture because its parts can be easily seen apart. A smoothie would be homogeneous in most cases because its well mixed and blended so you cannot see the parts of it.

They are both healthy for your body, and they are different because a smoothie is more mixed up to where you can no longer see the foods in it, salads aren't all the way mixed thru you can still see all the ingredients.
