Kenya has more than 51 million people. Most Kenyans live in the countryside. Kenyans speak Kiswahili or English. More than 60 other languages are spoken by different groups of native people.
They would develop faster in a city because the population of a city compared to a countryside is way bigger,more people live in cities and people are also closer together to each other and can spread word about art and culture faster and to more people which is why it can develop faster.
