Why do people need kidneys?

Answers

Answer 1
Answer: We need them so we can clean out our urinary system. when you go to the bathroom.
Answer 2
Answer: People need kidneys because the kidney filters the waste substance out of your blood and balances the levels of salt and water, when your body has taken the nutrients from food some of the of the waste products are sent back to your blood, so your kidney will filter continuously so that your blood will not contain the waste substances, in general your kidney is a "Filter/Cleaning Staion" for your blood, if you didn't have kidneys the waste products will build up in the blood and severely damage your body, the other functions that your kidney does is balance volume of fluids and minerals in your body. The substances that have been filtered form your kidney are mixed with water and are transformed into urine ( Pee ). Kidneys also produce Vitamin D and help regulate your blood pressure and the simulate the production of red bloods cells so in conclusion the importance of the kidney is very important.

Following the evaporation stage of the water cycle, the evaporated water

Answers

The water cycle is the continuous movement of water on thesurface of the Earth. Its physical processes arranged in order involve:Evaporation, Condensation, Precipitation, Infiltration, Runoff, and subsurfaceflow. Following the evaporation stage is the process of condensation.Condensation refers to the transformation of water vapor into liquid waterdroplets in the air. When this happens, fog and clouds are formed on theatmosphere of the Earth.

The water cycle may cause temperature and climate changes inthe environment because of the series of energy exchanges that occur during itsdifferent stages. Aside from this, the cycle allows for the transportation ofliquid into different bodies of water around the world making it responsiblefor maintaining most life and ecosystems in the planet. It also reshapes thegeological features of the Earth (e.g. erosion and sedimentation)

If two parents each have a dominant and a recessive gene for eye color and have a baby, how many possible combinations of genes could there be?List them.

Answers

If both parents are brown eyed and carry the blue eye gene, making them heterogeneous, then the combinations would be BB, Bb, Bb, and bb on a punnett square. In a ratio it'd be written 1:2:1.

Final answer:

Parents with dominant and recessive genes for eye color could produce four possible combinations of genes: Dominant-Dominant, Dominant-Recessive, Recessive-Dominant, and Recessive-Recessive. This uses the Punnett Square concept in genetics.

Explanation:

If two parents each have a dominant and a recessive gene for eye color, the possible combinations of genes could be: Dominant-Dominant, Dominant-Recessive, Recessive-Dominant, and Recessive-Recessive. This is an understanding question from the concept of genetics where dominant and recessive genes are inherited from parents to determine traits such as eye color in a child. It uses the principles of Punnett Square which is a simple graphical way of discovering all of the potential combinations of genetic traits that can occur based on the parent's genes.
