Answer: i guess they just really wanted to believe he would help.. he was a great president but when he started looking for ways to win the re-election people didnt seem to like that really well. they wanted to focus on getting out of the great depression and nobody could do that. technically hoover should not have got the blame because fdr couldn't get us out of the great depression. the only reason we actually got out is because of the war ...
