Recomend two ways he/she should approach conflict resolution instead

Answers

Answer 1
Answer: Strategies for conflict resolution varies from person to person as to the effectiveness of the strategy when applied. When it comes to people and their approach in solving problems in their life such as relationship or familial, there is no single way of solving all the problems. Some strategies might be applicable to the majority and it was effective for them, but it is important to understand first the strategy before application. One way in understanding what strategies to adapt and apply is to understand more about the self. Through this, you can screen strategies that might be not beneficial when you apply it.

A rule that when followed is supposed to work towards to the benefit of society as a whole? Even if a crime doesn't really hurt anyone (although I think most illegal things do), it still contributes to what's considered less of a safe society for everyone else. When you break the law, you're showing no regard for how you breaking the laws will affect anyone else, because you're only thinking of yourself. It's also kind of a matter of perspective though. For instance, some people could argue that even drinking underage is selfish, if they maybe have some kind of utilitarian outlook on life. They could say that drinking when you're underage (or doing it in excess) makes you less of a useful member of society, and therefore consider you selfish for breaking that law.

Does that make sense?  I don't know if that's what you were asking but.

c. 4. No error

Answer: 2. b. Nokia have been launched.

Explanation: In the second part of the given sentence we can find the grammatical error, there is two consecutive participles that give the sentence a confusing meaning, when it says: "Nokia have been launched" it seems that Nokia is the one being launched (it is passive voice), so to be clear in the idea that the brands are launching the phones we can rewrite the phrase as: "Nokia have been launching many phones" or "Nokia have launched many phones."

They have launched many phones
