B. Avoid eye contact. I think...I'm not a parent, and I'm not taking any kind of class that would educate one on the subject. I would guess avoiding eye contact is the answer because moving yourself would only prompt the child to move with you, and telling them to away seems pretty harsh and more like there are better alternatives, and I'm not sure standing to one side would make any kind of difference at all.
